At GoofyPicks, all our products are digital and delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical products.

1. Digital Product Delivery

  • Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, your product will be delivered instantly to the email address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery includes a download link or access details for your purchased digital product.
  • In most cases, delivery is immediate; however, it may take up to 1 hour due to server processing or email delays.

2. No Physical Shipping

  • As we only sell digital products, there are no shipping charges and no physical deliveries.
  • You will not receive any physical package.

3. Delivery Issues

  • If you do not receive your product within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam/junk email folder.

4. Access & Download

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have compatible software or devices to open and use the purchased product.
  • We recommend downloading your product immediately after purchase to avoid access issues.

5. Failed Delivery

We will consider a delivery as “failed” only if:

  • The product has not been delivered to the provided email address within 48 hours due to a verified technical error on our side.
  • In such cases, we will re-send the product or offer alternative access.
